Calum Milne


Calum took up the helm at Lower Slaughter Manor in April 2010, relocating from Relais and Chateaux property, Inverlochy Castle and having previously worked at Gleneagles in his native Perthshire. Calum has always loved fine food and wine and enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion with guests. During his time at Lower Slaughter, Calum has developed the skills in his team that embody a warm spirit of hospitality, where you will always be greeted with an open door and generous smile. 

As Lower Slaughter Manor enters a new phase in its life under the ownership of Andrew and Christina Brownsword, Calum looks forward to enhancing the guest experience and managing an exceptional hotel.
