Lower Slaughter Manor has a long held reputation for delivering outstanding cuisine, our restaurant is the first choice for special occasions, family celebrations and intimate dinners amongst the local residents.
Our Dining Room
The Sixteen58 Restaurant at Lower Slaughter Manor is a stylish venue for fine dining in the Cotswolds, decorated in contemporary hues of brown and blue with intimate banquettes that give the dining room a relaxed ambience. Part of the original chapel retains the large open stone fireplace and forms an anti room to the main dining area, perfect for a small party of up to 14 guests.
Sixteen58 is also renowned for its award winning cuisine. Our talented Chef's always use the finest local, seasonal produce creating menus that are accomplished in execution and full of flavour of course, special dietary needs can be catered for.
For smaller parties, we can accommodate up to 20 guests in our lovely private dining room, the Panel Room, a room that dates back to the 17th century with a ceiling that’s a sculpted masterpiece, splendid panelling and the original, handsome, pillared fireplace.
