Michael is considered one of the UK's most brilliant chefs with a focus on cuisine that is European in influence, but created using some of the finest local and seasonal West Country produce.
This entertaining evening showcases a five course menu with wines expertly matched by Fred Marti.
Each course is introduced by Michael who is extremely looking forward to working at Lower Slaughter Manor with a team of talented chefs whose passion for food is infectious, along with Fred guiding you through the notes on the matching wines, explaining why they are the perfect selection.
The evening begins at 7.00pm with canapés and aperitifs served in the drawing room.

To fully enjoy the evening why not combine it with an overnight stay, guests attending one of our events can enjoy rooms from only £99.00 per person for accommodation and breakfast, based on two people sharing a Classic room.
