The Slaughter Restaurant at Lower Slaughter Manor is one of the most stylish restaurants imaginable. This is a restaurant that’s as chic as it gets, with chocolate brown silk walls, Murano crystal and Ocean Blue chandeliers and divinely intimate seating. There’s even a cosy, semi-private part of the restaurant, the original chapel, that’s an idyllic, gastronomic rendezvous for small parties up to 14.
The ‘Wow factor’ of the Slaughter Restaurant is breathtaking. You just have to see it!
The Slaughter is also renowned for its award winning cuisine and the David Kelman menu is the piece de resistance. Head Chef, David Kelman, always uses the best fresh local produce whenever possible and, of course, special dietary needs can be catered for.
For small intimate occasions, we can also accommodate up to 20 persons in our lovely Private Dining Room, a room that dates back to the 17th century with a ceiling that’s a sculpted masterpiece, splendid panelling and the original, handsome, pillared fireplace.
The outstanding wine list offers especially selected wines from both the Old and New Worlds.
