From the lounges, stairs take you down to a mirrored vestibule with stunning glass-fronted wine cabinets.

As you enter the magnificent restaurant, you are greeted by walls clad in Chocolate brown silk, arched windows dressed with cream drapes and a central banquette seating area lending itself perfectly to intimate dining.

Tables are dressed with dark blue silk underclothes with a pale coffee tops and two stunning Murano chandeliers hang above you in crystal and ocean blue giving the restaurant a feeling of opulence.

Silver cutlery, simple white china and stylish glassware sets the scene.

This trend-setting restaurant benefits from wonderful views over the lawn and terrace.

The Chapel, a cosy, semi-private area of the Sixteen58 Restaurant, is an idyllic, gastronomic rendezvous for smaller parties of up to 14 guests.

Head Chef, Stuart Ralston, has been at the helm of the dining experience at Lower Slaughter Manor for the past four years. His seasonal a la Carte menu is contemporary in style, concentrating on the superb natural flavours of each season, using local produce at its best.

In addition a vegetarian menu is offered and also a ‘classics’ menu featuring some timeless favourites such as Chateaubriand and grilled Dover Sole.
