Lower Slaughter Manor dates back to the 17th Century and its history and heritage are very much part of what makes the house so special, however this does also present challenges. To ensure that we cater for all our guests’ needs we ask that you call in advance to discuss any special requirements and our team will do everything possible to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.
Making The Reservation

Car Park is on a level
The car park has a gravel surface
Drop off point at the front door for wheelchair access

Inside the Hotel
Access to the Restaurant and ground floor rooms is via a ramp for wheelchair users
Our corridors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair
Staff trained in disability awareness
Assistance dogs and pet dogs welcome
We do not have a lift at the hotel
Toilet facilities have restricted access for wheelchair users. Our ground floor bedroom may be used when available.

Full waiter service provided at breakfast, lunch and dinner
Please let us know in advance if you have any special dietary needs
Menus also available in large print on request
There is ample moveable seating and there are chairs without arms, or banquette style seats
Restaurant tables are laid with biscuit linen
The restaurant area is well lit, with lots of natural daylight during daytime hours
The Gardens
Our gardens can be accessed via a gravel path round the grounds.
Evacuation
In the event of evacuation the bells will ring continuously. If you require assistance for evacuating please notify us on arrival.
