Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an assistant fine dining restaurant manager, with the ability to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer service, with experience in all managerial aspects within a prestigious fine dining environment. You will be customer focused with an exceptional knowledge of food and wine. Previous experience of Relais & Chateaux is desirable. Salary in the region of £20,000
Head Sommelier
We are looking for a Sommelier with excellent food and wine knowledge and experience of working in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have NVQ and WSET qualifications and the desire to develop within the business. Enthusiasm and a true passion for providing an unforgettable dining experience are key to this role. Salary in the region of £20,000
Maintenance Assistance - Part Time or Full Time
As Maintenance Assistant you will be involved in all aspects of the business, supporting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the fabric of our hotel and service provision to the highest possible standards in fully operational mode. Energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for attention to detail are key to this exciting role. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Commis Chef
We are looking for a commis chef, who wants to feed their development and has a positive passion towards food, someone who is keen to develop a career in an exciting environment delivers a variety of inspirational and unique opportunities. To apply for this position basic culinary skills are essential. Salary of £15,450 for this role.
Commis Sommelier
We are looking for a Commis Sommelier with a good food and wine knowledge and experience of working in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will either have NVQ and WSET qualifications or be working towards these with a desire to develop within the business. Enthusiasm and a true passion for providing an unforgettable dining experience are key to this role. Linen Porter
As Linen Porter you will be required to undertake all duties relating to the receipt, issue, storage and security of the hotels linen stock and towels, including quality and stock control. Energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for attention to detail are key to this role. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will also be required to take on some Room Attendant and Public Area Cleaner responsibilities within this role.
As a Kitchen Porter you will responsible for ensuring that the kitchen and surrounding areas are always clean and hygienic. You will be required to unload and store food, clean kitchen surfaces and equipment, and collect and dispose waste. We are looking for someone that takes pride in their work and that is able to take instruction from the senior Chefs in the team. Part Time Day Porter
As Porter you will assist the Reception manager and reception team, ensuring our client\'s needs are met in a professional, friendly manner. Energy, enthusiasm and a true passion for customer service are key to this exciting role. You will have exceptional customer service skills and hands on approach attitude.
